Terms of Use

By accessing or using the RSD-RS Self-Assessment ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service is operated by RSD-RS Initiative ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 18, please do not use this Service. Speak with a parent, guardian, or healthcare provider about rejection sensitivity concerns.

The RSD-RS Self-Assessment is a screening tool that helps you understand your patterns of rejection sensitivity. It measures how you experience and respond to perceived rejection or criticism.

Your results provide insight into your rejection sensitivity across six areas and can help you:

• Better understand your emotional responses
• Have more informed conversations with healthcare providers
• Track changes over time if you retake the assessment

This assessment:

• Is not a diagnosis of ADHD, RSD, or any other condition
• Is not a substitute for professional evaluation
• Is not medical advice
• Cannot determine if you have or don't have ADHD
• Should not be used to make medical decisions

The self-assessment costs £19.99 (or equivalent in your currency). This is a one-time payment that includes:

• Access to complete the 10-question assessment
• Your personalised report
• Report access for 90 days
• Email delivery of your results

Refund Policy: Refunds are available if you have not yet started the assessment questionnaire. Once you begin answering questions, the service is considered delivered and refunds are not available. Contact support@rsdrs.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

By completing this assessment, you consent to your anonymised responses being used for research purposes. This helps us:

• Improve the accuracy of the assessment
• Develop better understanding of rejection sensitivity
• Contribute to published research that may help others

Your individual identity is never included in research data. You may withdraw your consent to research use at any time by contacting privacy@rsdrs.com.

The RSD-RS assessment is based on current research and clinical observation. However:

• The assessment is still being validated against larger populations
• Results depend on honest and thoughtful responses
• Your scores may vary depending on your current emotional state
• The assessment measures tendencies, not absolutes
• Results should be interpreted as indicative, not definitive

The RSD-RS assessment, including all questions, scoring methodology, report content, and associated materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may:

• View and save your personal report
• Share your report with healthcare providers
• Print your report for personal use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the assessment or its content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the assessment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSD-RS Initiative, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

If your results suggest elevated rejection sensitivity, or if rejection sensitivity is significantly affecting your life, we encourage you to speak with a healthcare professional who understands ADHD and emotional dysregulation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
